The One Marshall County Fund at the Community Foundation was established to help support the reorganization of the former Crossroads Regional Planning Team to create great hometowns, thriving economies, quality places, collaborative leaders, and more efficient organizations across Marshall County.

Deliverables from One Marshall County this year include encouraging, strengthening, and supporting Marshall County READI 2.0 projects, reviewing and updating five-year county plans, and connecting One Marshall County thematic areas to the South Bend Elkhart Regional Partnership plans.
