The Harold D. Miller Memorial Scholarship was established by Donnabelle Miller in memory of her husband and his devotion to over sixty years of farming in the Bourbon area. A Marshall County REMC director, Harold was also active with Farm Bureau and the Foster Chapel Methodist Church.
