The Golden Girls Scholarship was established in 2004 by the Marshall County Community Foundation in honor of Wilma Leman, Margaret Ellen Widmar, Doris Snider, and Phyllis Waltz. These four ladies demonstrated a passionate commitment to Bremen students by supporting them and attending choir concerts, academic competitions, plays and musicals, and especially athletic events.
